Bullshit. This design has floated around the internet for years! Why submit somethin here if it aint you'rs? Somethin called copyright..
So I'm askin you now, could you take this down, or it'll be reported (Which you wouldn't want since you can and will get sued..)..

i agree with you, but WHO would sue him? you cannot sue unless it is infringement of YOUR copyright, and you cannot sue for someone else. So unless the real designer of the photo would come forward, no such luck. Just deviant art to take it down &/or punish the username.

Yup, but dA apparently can get a lawsuit involved for that sort of stuff. We're such a great community, stuff like this ruins it :o
